PlotForge is operated by Terminus Grid. This page explains what data we collect, why, and how it's handled.
Account data: your email address and password (handled securely by our authentication provider, Supabase — we never see or store your raw password). If you set one, your chosen display name.
Your project content: everything you create in PlotForge — projects, characters, cards, canvas layouts, timelines, and notes. This is private to your account by default.
Billing information: if you subscribe to Pro, payment is handled entirely by Dodo Payments, acting as our Merchant of Record. We never see or store your card details — Dodo processes payment and sends us only your subscription status (active, cancelled, etc.) so your account can reflect it.
Table Read scripts: if you upload a script for Table Read, its text is processed to detect characters and generate audio playback. Uploaded scripts are processed for this feature and not used for any other purpose.
We don't sell your data. We don't use your project content to train any AI model. We don't run advertising trackers of any kind — PlotForge has no ad network integrations. We don't share your content with other users unless you explicitly export and share it yourself.

Each of these providers processes only the specific data needed for their function, under their own security and privacy practices.
PlotForge uses one strictly necessary cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for full detail.
You can export any project as a file at any time. You can delete your entire account — permanently removing your account and every project, card, and note in it — from the Settings page at any time. This action is immediate and cannot be undone, and we don't retain a copy afterward.
Your data is protected by database-level access rules that ensure only you can read or write your own account's data — enforced by Supabase directly, not just by our application code. Payment data never touches our servers at all, handled entirely by Dodo.
If we make material changes to how we handle your data, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify users before the changes take effect.
